Easy and delicious grilling recipe!
Ingredients
1 pack of Emperor shiitake mushrooms (150 g)
1 pack of bacon
Teriyaki sauce, e.g., Santa Maria
Directions
Thread shiitake mushrooms onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least half an hour before using.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each mushroom skewer.
Lightly brush with teriyaki sauce and grill or pan-fry until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms have softened.
Brush the skewers with teriyaki sauce during cooking to caramelize the surface.
