Shiitake Mushroom Pasta

With this easy vegetarian recipe, you can prepare delicious shiitake mushroom pasta for two.



Ingredients

 
  • 160 g (3 dl) of high-quality pasta

  • 2 tbsp of oil

  • 1 pack of Emperor Shiitake mushrooms (150 g)

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 2 dl of heavy cream

  • 30 g of grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 dl of chopped spring onions

  • Black pepper



Directions

 
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water for about one minute less than the package instructions. Drain, do not rinse.

  2. Chop the onion and mushrooms.

  3. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a pan with oil.

  4. Add soy sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.

  5. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the pan. Bring to a boil.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.

  7. Finally, add the chopped spring onions.
