Easy and delicious toasts are a success with this recipe! Mushroom toasts are perfect, for instance, as part of a festive menu. The recipe makes four toasts.
Ingredients
100 g Emperor mini shiitake mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
oil and butter for frying
salt
4 slices of baguette
oil and butter for frying
pesto
radish
fresh thyme
Directions:
Heat an equal amount of oil and butter in a pan and let the butter melt.
Add the mini shiitake mushrooms and onion slices to the pan and fry until they have softened and gained color. Season with salt. Set aside.
In the oil-butter mixture, fry the baguette slices until they are golden brown and crispy on the surface. Drain on paper towels.
Spread pesto on top of each baguette slice, arrange the mushroom and onion mixture on top, and garnish with radish slices and fresh thyme.
