Kuronen's Mushroom Butter

This ultimate umami bomb, known as #kurosensienivoi aka Kurosen Mushroom Butter guarantees even better grill treats!


Shiitake provides the mushroom butter with its umami flavor, which enhances and intensifies the natural tastes of the ingredients, making everything more delicious and intense.


With this easy recipe, you'll succeed!



Ingredients

 
  • 1 pack of Emperor shiitake mushrooms (150 g)

  • ½ dl of soy sauce

  • 250 g of butter

  • (A few sprigs of rosemary)



Directions:

 
  1. Slice the mushrooms.

  2. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan until they soften. Add the rosemary sprigs.

  3. Add soy sauce to the pan and simmer over low heat until the soy sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Soften the butter and incorporate the mushrooms.

  6. Blend using a hand blender.

  7. Wrap in parchment paper or plastic wrap.

  8. Store in the refrigerator.
